Return & Policy

While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally. We can offer reproductions and refunds for your orders if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reproduction or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order.

Cases where we cover the Reprinting cost (Reproductions) or Refunding:

• Faulty printing: In the event of issues such as blurry printing, color loss, or distortion not in line with the designed sample, …
• Spelling errors on the shirt: If there are any spelling errors on the product, we will take responsibility and assist with exchanges or returns.
• Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a different color from the placed order, customers have the right to request an exchange at no additional cost.
• Strange color stains on the shirt: If there are any issues related to unwanted color stains on the product, we will accept exchanges.
• Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other error cases originating from our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• The product in your order is broken or damaged during transit.
• You receive the wrong product in your order.
• The order is lost in transit, and the initial shipping address was correct.

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request from our customer service:

Products at World Fusion Art are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:

Payment must be made in full before shipment.Our products are personalized and hand-crafted according to your specific design and request. We will start production of your order upon confirmation of payment.In order to place a payment, simply click on either the “Proceed To Checkout” button on our website. You will be automatically directed to the selected payment-processing website, where you will have the option to pay with either your credit card or through Shopify Payment, PayPal.

If you wish to pay with your credit card, please use the “Proceed to Checkout” option on the shop page. You may pay using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. In addition, you can use PayPal Payment. There is no need to be a PayPal Payment member in order to pay with credit card through PayPal Payment.

PayPal Payment is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal Paymentas the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal Payment site where you can make payment.
